Delivery & Lead times

We aim to deliver orders to mainland UK addresses within 3/5 days.

We will e-mail you when your order has been received and again on dispatch.

SL Clothing will inform you as soon as possible if we are unable to deliver your order within the suggested time. If you are ordering more than one item, your uniform may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.

We will communicate the estimated delivery time for delayed items. At this stage you may cancel your order if you wish. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.

Postage Options-

For non school uniform items, please do not use the ‘Contract School Delivery Option’as your items will not be processed. For School Delivery information please look for ‘Delivery’ in ‘School Uniform’ section.

Free Collection - For Collection from SL Clothing

For this option please choose ‘Collection’ option

Please note: We will call to advise when your item is available. It is not advisable to attempt pick-up without contacting us to check your purchase is ready.

Free – For orders above £60 ex VAT

£5.95 – Local customers with GL postcode delivery address, orders under £60

For this option please choose ‘Local delivery to GL postcodes‘ option

£6.50 – Other UK addresses, orders under £60

For this option please choose ‘Delivery to UK addresses’ option

The courier service may speed up the delivery time, however, please note the despatch time will remain the same.

Our courier company FedEx will attempt delivery and will leave you a card if you are out. After the second failed attempt your uniform order will be returned to us and we will contact you to advise.

We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card or cheque. We shall not process any orders until we receive confirmation of payment or cheque clearance.

The prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are as set out in the checkout process. Delivery is free on orders with a purchase value of £60 and above.

Your payment card is debited at the time of placing your order and sometimes a password may be asked for. This is an additional security measure requested by your card provider.
