Delivery & Lead times
We aim to deliver orders to mainland UK addresses within 3-5 working days. For embroidered or printed jobs it will be 10-12 working days.
Please note during the peak ordering months (July - August) delivery times will increase.
We will e-mail you when your order has been received and again on dispatch.
SL Clothing will inform you as soon as possible if we are unable to deliver your order within the suggested time. If you are ordering more than one item, your uniform may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
We will communicate the estimated delivery time for delayed items. At this stage you may cancel your order if you wish. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
In the unlikely event that you receive items which are not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the items provided that you notify us of the problem by email within 3 working days of delivery.
