1. Plain / Non-Customised Orders
Items that don't require embroidery or printing, such as plain garments, footwear and PPE, are normally delivered within 3–4 working days, subject to stock availability.
2. Customised Orders
Orders requiring embroidery, printing or other personalisation
are normally completed within approximately 12 working days
from artwork approval and confirmation of your order.
During particularly busy periods or for larger orders,
lead times may vary. We'll keep you informed.
Some brands may take a little longer
Some of the brands we supply are imported or held in overseas warehouses. This means certain non-customised items may take longer than our usual 3–4 working days. If this affects your order, we'll let you know as soon as possible and keep you updated on the expected delivery date.

If you have an event, new starter date, site opening or another important deadline, please contact us before placing your order. We'll check product availability and our current production schedule and let you know what is realistically achievable.

Dispatched
Once your order is complete, it's packed and dispatched with tracking where available.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow your delivery.
Larger & Managed Uniform Orders
For larger rollouts, multi-site deliveries or ongoing uniform programmes, our team can arrange a delivery schedule around the needs of your organisation.
